Virtual Strength & Mobility Training
Work one on one with me over a live video stream. We’ll use the equipment you have available, whether you go to your home gym or studio or stay in your living room. I’ll design workouts for your specific goals, give you real time advice and form tips, and offer check-ins and homework for you to do between sessions as needed. Focuses include strength building, general fitness, mobility and movement efficiency, flexibility, or a combination of your own goals and needs!
6-Week Strength & Mobility Programs
Whether you have a specific training goal in mind, or you prefer to work independently but want a well-designed program to work with, a 6-week bespoke fitness program might be your speed. I’ll design a program in conversation with you for your exact situation-just like a tailored suit. At the start of your program, you’ll receive a calendar with video and text explanations of all the workouts, helpful cues and tips, and a no-nonsense timeline for exactly when and what to do based on your goals, schedule, and other activities.
Bespoke Movement Assessment
Have something specific going on with your body that needs more dedicated attention? These 1.5 hour body-habit deep dives have been nicknamed “body detective” sessions by my clients- they have a way of uncovering and addressing deep issues with posture, strength and mobility to produce a whole-body renaissance.
If you have aches and pains that you can’t seem to out-train or out-massage, or are working on a skill that you can’t unlock no matter how much cross-training you try, this assessment is for you.
